How to use:

For gifting: Select an amount and quantity from the drop down menu, (to select a custom amount please contact us). Proceed to checkout where you will be prompted to add your giftee's details, including their email address.

For redemption: Place products in your shopping cart, then apply your unique e-Gift card code at the checkout (in the discount code box) to reduce the total cost of purchase. Use all in one go, or in part.

SHIPPING
Shipping is a flat rate within NZ of $5.50. Delivery is by Poste Haste Couriers. We endeavour to process all our orders within 1-2 working days.

For the Rest of the World - we deliver by courier and your shipping is based on weight (up to a max of 6 kg) and will be displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
If your order arrives in damaged in any way please contact us and we will put it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

We love our products but, as the taste of honey is subjective, we can not offer returns for any products that do not meet your expectations in terms of taste.
