Lemon, Coconut & Raw Honey ANZAC Biscuits

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup plain flour
¾/asup brown sugar
Zest of 1 lemon 125g butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup dessicated coconut
¾ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp raw NZ honey
125g butter
2 tosp golden syrup
1 tsp baking soda

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Line a baking tray.
2. In a large bowl, mix oats, coconut, flour, sugar and lemon zest.
3. In a sausepann, melt butter, honey, and golden syrup.
4. Dissolve baking soda in hot water, stir into the honey mixture.
5. Pour wet into dry, mix well.
