Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen berries- thawed
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- For the crumble:
- ¾ cup flour
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 4 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp desiccated coconut
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Place berries in a ceramic baking dish. Drizzle honey over the berries and toss together
- Add all the crumble ingredients into a bowl, combine by hand until crumbs form- add more coconut oil, (1 tablespoon at a time) if the mix is too dry.
- Spread topping over the berries and bake 25-30 minutes until the berries are bubbling and the crumble is golden
